CCP works with investors that are interested in building a longer-term investment relationship with CCP and are thus ready and able to make a minimum subscription commitment over a certain number of years.

CCP is only admitting professional investors, whether they are professional investors per se or are treated as professional investors upon request within the meaning of Annex II to EU Directive 2014/65/EU.

Every prospective investor and all existing investors are subject to preliminary and ongoing AML / KYC clearance.
